Cancellation Policy
Please note:
NEW POLICY
AS OF JULY 11th, 2026
All services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, therefore, FAILURE TO APPEAR for your requested appointment, or cancelling any services within 24hrs, WILL now result in a 50% cancellation fee. The fee is determined by services originally scheduled for, and can be automatically deducted, or due before any future booking.
